Trained in Embodi Yoga with Lisa Clark, with additional training as an Off the Mat, Into the World Yoga in Action leader, Cortney teaches yoga as a tool for self exploration and self expression, and as a method of inquiry, connection, and healing within oneself and greater communities.  Her teaching is relaxing, playful and nourishing.
